Stuffed Cherry Tomatoes

- 1/2 c. chopped cooked ham
- 1/4 c. Swiss cheese
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1/4 tsp. lemon juice
- dash of pepper
- 36 cherry tomatoes
- parsley flakes
步骤
1. Combine first 5 ingredients in a small bowl.
2. Refrigerate until ready to use.
3. Cut tops from tomatoes and scoop out insides. Put 1/2 teaspoon of mixture in each tomato and garnish with parsley.
