- 1 (18 oz.) can sweet potatoes
- 1 can pear sauce (reserve juice)
- 1 can mandarin oranges, drained
- 1/2 c. raisins
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 2 Tbsp. butter

1. Cut up sweet potatoes and pears and place into a greased baking dish.
2. Add the oranges and raisins.
3. Heat pear juice to boil.
4. Add cornstarch (which has been mixed with a little water) and the butter.
5. Cook until thick.
6. Pour over sweet potatoes. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or 15 minutes on High in microwave.
