- 1 (2 lb.) bag frozen hash brown potatoes
- 1/2 c. onions, chopped
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- dash of paprika
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 c. butter, melted
- 10 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 pt. sour cream
- 2 c. corn flakes, crushed

1. Spread potatoes on bottom of 9 x 13-inch greased pan.
2. Blend together all other ingredients except cornflakes.
3. Spread over potatoes.
4. Spread cornflakes on top.
5. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
