Lu Lu Paste Dip(Great For Veggies)

Ingrédients
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1 small onion, minced
- 1/2 green pepper, minced
- 2 eggs, well beaten
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 3 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. butter
Instructions
1. Mix cream cheese, onion and green pepper together and set aside.
2. In saucepan, put sugar, vinegar, salt and well beaten eggs.
3. Cook over medium heat until thickened.
4. Don't let eggs cook too fast.
5. Remove from heat.
6. Add butter.
7. Let hot mixture cool. Mix all ingredients together and chill.
