Ground Beef Surprise
Ingrédients
- 2 lb. ground round
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 bag frozen French fries
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup

Instructions
1. Press ground round evenly over bottom of buttered 13 x 9-inch pan.
2. Season with salt and pepper.
3. Sprinkle onion over meat. Sprinkle frozen French fries evenly over onion.
4. Mix chicken and mushroom soups together; add 3/4 cup water.
5. Pour carefully over meat and potato mixture.
6. Bake at 325° for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
