Diane'S Mexican Chicken
Ingrédients
- 1 chicken, boiled and deboned (I just used a pkg. of chicken breasts)
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 1 small jar pimentos
- 1 small can chopped chiles
- 1 small jar jalapeno flavored Cheez Whiz
- 1 bag Doritos
Instructions
1. Mix chopped chicken and all of ingredients, except Doritos. Heat.
2. Also, add 1/2 can of chicken broth or milk.
3. Crush Doritos and pour 1/2 of bag in bottom of long casserole dish.
4. Pour heated mixture over chips.
5. Top with remaining chips and brown a little in the oven.
6. Good served with salad and Ranch Style beans.
