Polish Sausage And Lentils

- 1 c. rinsed lentils
- 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 2 medium onions, chopped
- 3 cloves
- 1 medium can tomatoes
- 2 lb. Polish sausage
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- salt to taste
- 1 bay leaf
步驟
1. Rinse lentils.
2. Put in large saucepan with salted water to cover and cook over low heat for about 20 minutes or until tender and still holding shape.
3. Drain and reserve liquid.
