Mile High Barbecue Beef
食材
- 3 lb. chuck roast or round steak
- 2 c. beef broth
- 1 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 c. chopped celery
步驟
1. Brown meat in small amount of oil along with celery and onion. Add meat mixture to beef broth and bring to boil.
2. Simmer 3 hours.
