Zucchini Pancakes

- 1 c. flour
- 4 c. shredded zucchini
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
步骤
1. Mix together.
2. Drop by heaping tablespoons onto oiled frying pan.
3. Brown on both sides.
4. Make about 20 to 25 pancakes.
5. May add onion and browned hamburger to the mixture.
