Microwave Maple Nut Divinity

- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1/2 c. light corn syrup
- 1/2 c. water
- 2 egg whites
- dash of salt
- 1/2 c. chopped nuts
- 1 tsp. imitation maple flavoring
步骤
1. Combine sugars, corn syrup and water in buttered large glass mixing bowl.
2. Microwave for 15 to 17 minutes on roast or until candy forms a hard ball in cold water (250°).
3. Meanwhile, beat egg whites in large bowl until stiff peaks.
4. Pour candy syrup in thin stream into egg whites; beat constantly with mixer.
5. Add maple flavoring and salt; beat until mixture is stiff and dull.
6. Fold in nuts.
7. Drop mixture by teaspoonfuls onto wax paper.
8. Cool.
