Linda'S Sweet Potato Pie

- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp. ginger
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 2 cans sweet potatoes, drained
- 1 can evaporated milk
- 1 tsp. allspice
- 2 unbaked pie pastries
步骤
1. Combine dry ingredients; add to mashed sweet potatoes.
2. Mix milk, eggs and add to potatoes.
3. Stir until mixed well, but leave some lumps of potatoes.
4. Pour filling into 2 pie shells; dot with margarine.
5. Bake at 450° for 10 minutes; reduce heat to 350° and bake 35 minutes.
6. Yields two 9-inch pies.
