- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 c. fine noodles
- 1 (No. 2) can tomatoes
- 1 c. finely chopped onions
- 1 c. diced green peppers
- 1 c. chopped celery
- 1 (4 oz.) can mushroom stems and pieces
- 1 c. ripe olives, sliced
- 1/4 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/4 lb. Cheddar cheese, shredded
步骤
1. Brown ground beef in skillet, stirring until crumbly.
2. Layer remaining ingredients, except cheese, in order given over ground beef.
3. Cook, covered, over low heat for 25 minutes.
4. Sprinkle with cheese.
