Name: Good Christmas Cookies
Ingredients: 1 c. butter; 1 1/2 c. powdered sugar; 1 egg; 1 tsp. vanilla; 1/2 tsp. almond extract; 2 1/2 c. flour; 1 tsp. soda; 1 tsp. cream of tartar; 1 lb. oleo; 2 1/4 c. sugar; 3 1/2 c. flour; 1 tsp. soda; 2 tsp. vanilla

1/2 tsp. almond extract
2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. cream of tartar
1 lb. oleo
2 1/4 c. sugar
3 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
2 tsp. vanilla

步骤

1. Mix ingredients and roll into balls the size of small walnuts. Flatten with bottom of glass (oiled and coated with sugar). Sprinkle cinnamon on top (optional).

2. Bake at 325° about 13 to 14 minutes.
