French Chocolate Pie(Serves 6)

- 1/4 lb. unsalted butter
- 1 c. powdered sugar
- 2 sq. chocolate, melted
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 3 eggs
- graham cracker crust
- 1/2 c. whipping cream
- toasted almonds
步骤
1. Cream butter and sugar.
2. Add melted chocolate and vanilla. Add one egg at a time, beating 3 minutes after each.
3. Prepare favorite graham cracker crust and bake.
4. Cool.
5. Add filling and refrigerate.
6. When ready to serve, cover pie with whipped cream and toasted almonds.
