Beef-A-La-Lindstrom(Bof A La Linstrom)

- 1/4 lb. minced or ground beef
- 2 boiled potatoes, mashed
- 2 egg yolks
- 6 to 8 Tbsp. cream
- 2 pickled beets, finely diced
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. onions, finely chopped
- 2 Tbsp. capers, finely chopped
- salt
- pinch of white pepper
- pinch of paprika
- 3 oz. butter
步骤
1. Mix minced beef with mashed potatoes and egg yolks; gradually stir in cream.
2. Add diced beets, onions and capers.
3. Stir carefully and season with salt, paprika and white pepper.
4. Shape into round, flat cakes about 1-inch thick and fry in hot butter over medium heat for 3 to 4 minutes on each side.
5. Serve with fresh vegetables.
