Peach-Glazed Chicken With Stuffing

- 1 (16 oz.) can sliced peaches
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1/8 tsp. allspice
- 3 c. Stove Top stuffing chicken flavor

1. Drain peaches, reserving syrup.
2. Add water to make 1 cup.
3. Set aside.
4. Brown chicken in hot oil in skillet.
5. Add water-syrup mixture, margarine, sugar, vinegar and allspice.
6. Bring to boil; cover.
7. Reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes.
8. Stir in stuffing mix and peaches; remove from heat and let stand 5 minutes.
9. Makes 4 servings.
