- 4 slices baked ham, cut in half
- 4 chicken breasts, split and boned
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1/2 c. Irish Mist whiskey
- 1 c. fresh sliced mushrooms

1. Use an 8 x 12-inch baking dish.
2. Arrange slices of ham in bottom.
3. Place chicken breast on each slice of ham.
4. Mix the soup, sour cream, whiskey and mushrooms together; spoon over chicken and ham, covering completely.
5. Bake at 300° for 1 1/2 hours.
6. Serve with wild rice.
7. Serves 6 to 8.
