Winter Chili Sauce
材料
- 1 large can Italian tomatoes
- 3 large peppers
- 3 medium onions
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. cloves
- 1/4 tsp. allspice
- 1 hot pepper

1. Grind ingredients.
2. Cook until thickened.
3. Put in jars and refrigerate after it cools.
4. Makes 1 1/2 quarts.
