Unbelievable Pork Chops

材料
- 5 to 6 pork chops
- salt, pepper and sage
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 1 can beef consomme
- 1 small container sour cream
- 1 Tbsp. flour
説明
1. Rub chops on both sides with salt, pepper and sage.
2. Brown chops in a large skillet.
3. Place onion slices on top of chops. Add consomme. Cover and simmer 45 minutes.
