- 1 1/2 c. noodles (cooked, drained)
- 1/2 c. cheese (grated)
- 1 or 2 eggs (beaten)
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 3/4 c. sausage (cooked, drained)
- 1 pkg. frozen spinach (thawed, drained)
- 1 1/2 c. milk

1. Grease 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
2. Place noodles in a layer in the bottom of the dish.
3. Layer sausage on top, then layer spinach and cheese.
4. Combine eggs, milk and salt.
5. Pour over layers.
6. Bake 1 hour at 350°.
7. Serves 8.
