- 4 to 6 pork chops
- salt and pepper
- onion, sliced
- brown sugar
- catsup

1. Heat oven to 350°.
2. Place 4 to 6 chops in bottom of 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
3. Season with salt and pepper.
4. Top each chop with an onion slice.
5. Then cover each with 1 tablespoon brown sugar and 1 tablespoon catsup.
6. Cover and bake 1 hour.
7. Uncover and bake an additional 30 minutes.
