- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 (16 oz.) can Hormel chili, no beans
- jalapenos (optional)
- nacho chips
説明
1. Combine cream cheese, 1 package Cheddar cheese and chili in microwave-safe bowl.
2. Microwave on High 3 to 5 minutes until cheese melts, then stir.
3. Cover with second package of Cheddar cheese. Return to microwave for 1 to 2 minutes, until cheese melts.
4. Top with several jalapenos if desired.
5. Serve warm with nacho chips.
