Microwave Italian Chicken
材料
- 4 boneless skinned chicken breasts
- 1 egg, beaten
- 3/4 c. Italian bread crumbs
- 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1 jar spaghetti sauce (large)
- 1 c. Mozzarella cheese, grated
- 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil

1. Dip chicken breasts in egg, then roll in bread crumbs/Parmesan cheese mixture.
2. Place in microwave-safe baking dish with 1 tablespoon oil.
3. Cook on High for 2 minutes each side.
