Mexican Chicken
材料
- 1 whole chicken
- 1 chopped onion
- 1/2 lb. cheese
- 1/2 bag Doritos (taco flavored), crushed
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can Ro-Tel

1. Boil chicken in water.
2. Cool and cut into pieces.
3. Put in a 9 x 13-inch dish.
4. Place on top of chicken in following order: chopped onion, grated cheese and crushed Doritos.
