Hodgepodge Pickles
材料
- 1 gal. cukes, cut up (10 c.)
- 1 qt. (4 c.) cabbage, cut up
- 1 lb. (5 to 6) onions, cut up
- 2 Tbsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. celery seed
- 1 Tbsp. mustard seed
- 1 c. prepared mustard
説明
1. Put all in large pan with 5 cups sugar and 1 cup vinegar. Stir well and let it come to a boil.
2. Then thicken with 5 heaping tablespoonfuls flour and 1 cup vinegar.
3. Mix up before adding to pan.
4. Stir in; let it come to a boil.
5. Now put in jars and seal.
