Delicious Baked Cabbage

- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1/2 c. corn flakes
- 1/4 lb. Cheddar cheese
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 1/2 c. milk
- 1/4 lb. American cheese, grated
