Crusty Curried Chicken
材料
- 2 pkg. chicken breast halves
- 1/4 c. shortening
- 1/4 c. butter or margarine
- 1 c. Bisquick baking mix
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/8 tsp. curry powder

1. Heat oven to 425°.
2. Wash chicken and pat dry.
3. In oven, melt butter and shortening in baking pan.
4. Mix Bisquick and seasonings in plastic bag.
5. Shake 2 or 3 pieces at a time in bag to coat thoroughly.
6. Place chicken skin side down in single layer in pan. Bake 40 minutes.
7. Reduce oven temperature to 375°.
8. Turn chicken; bake 20 minutes longer.
9. Serves 6.
