Cheezy Broccoli Casserole

材料
- 1 box chopped broccoli, thawed
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 c. chopped celery
- 1 c. dry Minute rice
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 soup can water
- 1 (8 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz
- 2 to 3 Tbsp. margarine
説明
1. Mix all ingredients together except margarine.
2. Pour in buttered 8 x 8 x 2-inch square casserole dish. Dot with margarine. Best to put Cheez Whiz in microwave to melt.
3. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes. Remove, stir well and continue to bake 40 minutes.
