Camper'S Pork Chops

- 2 medium potatoes, sliced
- 4 pork chops
- pepper
- 1 small onion, sliced
- 4 frozen ears corn on cob
- pinch of dill weed
- 1/4 c. margarine
説明
1. You will need four 16 x 12-inch pieces of aluminum foil to prepare 4 individual dinners.
2. Place 1 pork chop
3. on center of foil.
4. Sprinkle with pepper lightly.
5. Place 1/4 of each onion slices and potato slices on top of the pork chop.
6. Place 1 frozen corn
7. on cob next to pork chop on foil.
8. Sprinkle with dill weed and top with 1 tablespoon of margarine.
9. Fold foil securely around each meal.
10. Place packets on
11. hot grill.
12. Turn over in 30 minutes. Continue cooking for 30 minutes.
13. Be careful not to puncture foil when turning so as not to loose the flavor juices.
