材料
- 1 lb. hamburger meat
- salt
- black pepper
- chili powder
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 can tomato sauce
- 1/4 c. catsup (if desired)
- 2 1/2 c. grated cheese
- Hungry Jack flaky biscuits

1. Cook hamburger meat in frying pan.
2. After it is cooked, drain grease off.
3. Put back on stove and add salt, black pepper, chili powder, onion (cut up) and tomato sauce (add 1/4 cup catsup, if desired).
4. Add 1 can of water with tomato sauce can.
5. Add 1 cup of grated cheese to mixture.
6. Cook 2 to 3 minutes.
7. Pull each Hungry Jack biscuit into halves.
8. Place 1/2 of the biscuits in the bottom of a greased baking pan.
9. Pour cooked mixture over the biscuits. Put the remaining biscuits on top of the mixture.
10. Top with 1 1/2 cups grated cheese.
11. Put in oven at 350° and bake until done.
