- 1 Tbsp. rum flavoring
- 1/2 c. oil
- 1/2 c. water
- 4 eggs
- 1 c. chopped pecans
- 1 box instant butterscotch pudding

Instructions
1. Grease tube pan.
2. Put chopped pecans in bottom of pan.
3. Mix all ingredients together and pour into pan.
4. Bake at 325° for 1 hour.
