Picnic Coconut Pie

Ingrédients
- 2 c. sugar
- 4 Tbsp. flour
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 c. cold water
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- butter (size of walnut)
- 1/2 lb. Baker's coconut
Instructions
1. Mix ingredients as given.
2. Bake in unbaked pie shell in moderate oven until lightly browned.
3. This makes 2 pies and can be stacked on top of each other when cool.
