Ingrédients
- 2 egg whites, beaten
- 1/2 c. hot water
- 1/2 c. white Karo syrup
- 1/4 tsp. (dash) salt
- 2 c. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Instructions
1. Cook from 248° to 250° to 260°, depends on weather.
2. If humid, turn oven on to help dry out room.
3. Pour syrup into dry egg whites; mix until pulls from bottom of bowl and does not shine so much.
4. Add coloring and pecans.
5. Spoon out on wax paper.
