Hasenpfeffer
Ingrédients
- 1 rabbit, dressed
- 1/2 c. flour
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 tsp. paprika
- cooking oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 bay leaf
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 c. sour cream

Instructions
1. Cut up rabbit into serving size pieces.
2. Dredge in a mixture of flour, salt, pepper and paprika.
3. Brown in hot cooking oil. Remove the meat, add flour to the pan, followed by 1 cup water and the meat, onion, bay leaf and garlic powder.
4. Stir, cover and simmer until well done.
5. Stir in the sour cream and heat again, but do not boil.
