Name: Fudge Sheet Cake
Ingredients: 2 c. sugar; 2 c. flour; 1 c. water; 1/4 tsp. salt; 3 1/2 Tbsp. cocoa; 2 sticks butter; 1/2 c. buttermilk; 1 tsp. vanilla; 1 tsp. soda; 2 eggs; 1 tsp. cinnamon

2 c. flour
1 c. water
1/4 tsp. salt
3 1/2 Tbsp. cocoa
2 sticks butter
1/2 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. soda
2 eggs
1 tsp. cinnamon

Instructions

1. Set aside flour and sugar.

2. Heat water, salt, cocoa and butter. Add the sugar and flour.

3. Add remaining ingredients.

4. Bake 15 to 20 minutes at 350°.
