Fresh Peach Pie

Ingrédients
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 c. water
- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. peach flavored jello
- 3 c. sliced peeled ripe peaches
- 1 (9-inch) baked pie shell
- whipped cream (optional)
Instructions
1. In a saucepan combine sugar, cornstarch and water until smooth.
2. Cook and stir over medium heat until bubbly and thickened.
3. Remove from the heat; stir in jello until dissolved. Cool.
4. Arrange peaches in cooled, baked crust.
5. Pour filling over peaches.
6. Chill until set, about 2 hours.
7. Serve with whipped cream, if desired.
