Eggnog Pie

Ingrédients
- 1 c. cold eggnog
- 1 (6 oz.) pkg. Jell-O instant pudding (vanilla)
- 1 tsp. rum extract
- 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
- 8 oz. Cool Whip, thawed
- 1 graham cracker crust

Instructions
1. Pour eggnog into bowl.
2. Add pudding mix, rum and nutmeg with electric mixer at low speed.
3. Beat until blended, about 1 minute. Let stand 5 minutes.
4. Fold in 2 cups Cool Whip; spoon into crust. Chill until firm, about 2 hours.
5. Garnish with remaining whipped topping.
6. Sprinkle with additional nutmeg, if desired.
