Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingrédients
- 1/2 c. Crisco (butter flavor)
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. flour
- 1/2 c. pecans (optional)
Instructions
1. Mix everything except flour with mixer; stir in flour.
2. Spray cookie sheet with Pam.
3. Spoon 1 teaspoon per cookie onto cookie sheet.
4. Bake at 350° for 7 to 10 minutes.
5. Yields about 3 dozen cookies.
