Black Walnut Icebox Cookies

Ingrédients
- 2 c. dark brown sugar
- 1 c. shortening
- 2 eggs
- 3/4 c. finely chopped walnuts
- 3 1/2 c. cake flour
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- pinch of salt
Instructions
1. Cream shortening, brown sugar and eggs; add cake flour and blend smoothly.
2. Roll in waxed paper in desired size.
3. Place in icebox overnight.
4. Slice as required.
5. Bake 15 minutes at 350°.
