Instructions
1. Slice top off cake to make 2 layers.
2. Make jello using 3 cups water for both.
3. After it sets, add sliced strawberries.
4. Mix in 1 cup Cool Whip.
5. Top bottom cake with mixture, fill in hole.
6. Put top layer cake over bottom layer.
7. Frost with Cool Whip. Refrigerate.
