- 1 1/4 c. applesauce
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. Wesson oil
- 2 eggs
- 3 Tbsp. milk
- 2 c. sifted all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp. allspice
- 3/4 c. chopped pecans
- 1/4 c. brown sugar

1. In a large mixing bowl, thoroughly combine applesauce, sugar, oil, eggs and milk.
2. Sift together flour, baking soda, baking powder, the first 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon, salt, nutmeg and allspice.
3. Stir in applesauce mixture; beat well.
4. Fold in the 1/2 cup pecans.
5. Turn into a well-greased loaf pan.
