- 2 c. Bisquick
- 3/4 c. milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 lb. sausage
- 1 large onion
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 large container sour cream

1. Mix and brown in skillet; drain and spread over dough.
2. Mix Cheddar cheese and sour cream.
3. Spread over sausage.
4. Sprinkle with paprika and cook in a 325° oven for 25 or 30 minutes.
