Pizza Casserole

- 1 lb. lean ground beef
- 1 (14 oz.) jar pizza sauce
- 1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 3/4 c. biscuit mix
- 1 1/2 c. milk
- 2 eggs or 3 egg whites

1. Cook ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned, stirring to crumble. Drain off pan drippings.
2. Spoon beef into 8-inch square baking dish.
3. Top with pizza sauce and cheese. Combine biscuit mix, milk and eggs; beat until smooth.
4. Pour mixture over casserole, covering evenly.
5. Bake at 400° for 30 to 35 minutes.
6. Yields 6 servings.
