Peanut Butter Twinkies

- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. light Karo syrup
- 1 c. peanut butter
- 1/4 stick oleo
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla
- 6 to 8 c. cornflakes

1. In a saucepan, bring sugar and syrup to a full boil.
2. Remove from heat.
3. Add peanut butter, oleo and vanilla.
4. Add enough cornflakes to be able to press into well-buttered 13 x 9-inch pan. Cut into squares while still warm.
