- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 c. medium cracker crumbs
- 2 beaten eggs
- 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 1/4 c. finely chopped onion
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
- dash of dried thyme, crushed
- dash of dried marjoram, crushed
- 1/4 c. catsup
- 2 Tbsp. corn syrup
설명
1. Combine all ingredients, except catsup and corn syrup.
2. Shape mixture into a loaf in baking dish.
3. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
