Baked Pork Chops And Sour Cream

- pork chops
- 3/4 c. water
- 1 can cream mushroom soup
- 1 can onion rings
- 1/2 tsp. ginger
- 1/4 tsp. crushed rosemary
- 1 c. sour cream
- salt and pepper

1. Brown chops in flour, salt and pepper.
2. Then place chops in a shallow baking dish.
3. Mix water, soup, ginger, rosemary and onion rings.
4. Pour over chops; cover with foil and bake for 1 hour or more at 350° until done.
5. Remove chops and mix gravy with sour cream.
