- 2/3 c. brown sugar
- 2/3 c. flour
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 4 Tbsp. margarine
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1 1/4 c. sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 c. flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 c. milk
- 1/2 c. margarine
説明
1. Cream the margarine, cream cheese and sugar.
2. Add eggs and vanilla; beat well.
3. Sift together the flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
4. Add alternately with milk, mixing well after each addition. Pour into a greased and floured 13 x 9-inch pan.
5. Sprinkle with crumb topping.
6. Bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes.
