- 2 1/2 c. rhubarb
- 3/4 to 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. water
- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry jello, dissolved in hot water
- 1 (2 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
- 1/2 c. chopped nuts

1. Cook rhubarb with sugar and water until tender.
2. While still hot, add strawberry jello and stir, then add pineapple and nuts. Cool and refrigerate.
