Quick Freezer Fudge

材料
- 1 box confectioners sugar
- 1/2 c. cocoa
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 c. milk
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 c. chopped nuts
説明
1. In 1 1/2-quart bowl stir sugar, cocoa, salt, milk and vanilla together until partially blended.
2. Put butter on top in center of dish.
3. Microwave on High for 2 minutes.
4. Stir until smooth.
5. Blend in nuts (optional).
6. Pour into well buttered rectangular dish. Chill for 20 to 30 minutes in freezer.
7. Cut into squares.
8. Makes 36 squares.
