- 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 c. evaporated milk
- 1/4 lb. peanut butter
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1 c. marshmallows
- few grains salt

説明
1. Cook sugar, butter, milk and salt to soft ball stage (234° to 238°).
2. Add the marshmallows and peanut butter just before removing from heat.
3. Do not stir.
4. Cool to room temperature.
5. Add flavoring. Beat until mixture is creamy, thick and will hold its shape when dropped from a teaspoon.
6. Pour into well-buttered, shallow pan. Cut into squares.
